We are independent of the Client and the contractor, which means that we can provide an objective perspective on the project and advocate for the best interests of the Client and the project.

  • Project planning and scheduling: We work with Clients to develop a comprehensive project plan and programme, taking into account all aspects of the project, from budgeting and procurement to design, construction and completion.
  • Cost control and budgeting: We help our Clients to develop and maintain a realistic budget for their project, and can track costs closely throughout the project to ensure that the budget is adhered to.
  • Quality control and inspection: We work with and on behalf of our Clients to develop and implement a quality control plan, conducting regular inspections to ensure that the project is meeting all quality standards.
  • Risk management: We identify and assess potential risks to our Clients projects, and can develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of those risks.
  • Communication and coordination: We serve as a central point of communication for all project stakeholders, including the Client, contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the project is progressing smoothly.
