Petar Mladenovic

Petar is the Founder and CEO of SOLED Management Services. He has over 22 years of local and international experience in the delivery of large-scale construction projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality and stadia projects.

Petar previously held Board positions for Multiplex Constructions, a large multinational construction contractor, where he was responsible for establishing robust tender strategies, leading tender teams, investigating value engineering and fast-tracked construction solutions, negotiating construction contracts and business development for the Middle East business. He is also a qualified engineer and holds degrees from the University of Melbourne (Australia), Cambridge University (UK), and London Business School (UAE/UK).

Petar is a passionate advocate for the construction industry and is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. He is also a strong advocate for safety and sustainability in the construction workplace.

Under Petar's leadership, SOLED Management Services has become a pioneer in an alternative construction delivery methodology and also providing support to Client’s throughout their real estate delivery journey. The company has a proven track record of success in delivering value to Clients and saving significant development and construction costs.
